    Yeah they are. This was a deck I played in legacy, where curves usually end at 3. This is also a deck that does a lot of nothing most of the time and then works really well some of the time. Smallpox loam is a much better version of a rock control deck if you're looking to spend money on a modern deck.

    I had the idea of making this kind of deck in Modern, can you give me insight about why did you not picked Splinter  and Myr Landshaper ? Are the mana costs really to high  ?
