Flame Jab? Do not want. If you retrace it, you've done 2 damage for 1 mana and a dead land. With Guttersnipe, that does go up to 4, but is piecing this pseudo-combo together worth it, when Lightning Bolt does 3 damage for 1 mana on its own?

Edit: Actually, I didn't realize it doesn't exile. It is intriguing in theory now... Still not sure. But interesting anyway.

  I figure it's worth a shot. Might change if it doesn't do much. This is supposed to be a pretty casual deck anyway
