So the changes you could make really depend on how you want to optimize. Optimizing for one strategy makes your deck more consistent but less able to handle different match ups (also it makes games a little bit more repetitive). I think you should cut the mox amber and replace it with gilded lotus to help cast your top end. I've never been a fan of Expopriate (not that it isn't a strong card, it just turns the whole table against you. Its a Neira-style card). You could replace it with time warp, which can be more useful in more situations. I would also try to find room for Vorel of the Hull Clade and Gilder Bairn. Other than those changes its a solid list. The amount of permission, spot removal, sweepers, prison effects and tutors is all stuff you can tune when you get more reps in with the deck (if we ever manage to play EDH) #magicisdead
