Rules: 
Up to 3 substitutions per week. Cards subbed in may only be taken out through use of the allotted substitutions. (Meaning once a card is in the deck, you must use a substitution slot to pull it out again). 

Points League - (Capped at 7 points in a week)
1 point for: (a) showing; (b) destroying sol ring; (c) gaining 15 lands; (d) going over 100 total life; (e) first blood; (f) taking out a player; (g) saving a player; (f) being taken out first;
2 points for winning

-5 points for winning before the end of round 5
No infinite combos (any card may be activated or proc only 5 times per turn)
Land destruction limited to three per player
Extra turn effects occur once, after that they do nothing
