Notes

A better play strategy for this deck might be to put out some chumps early, disrupt/counter, curve into a creature that gets big, drop thaumaturge turn 5, tap everything, then attack.

Still need a turn 1 and/or turn 2 creature that can tide me over

Ghostform is redundant.
Needs more creatures.
Needs a way to protect thaumaturge.
Probably take out Artisan of Forms
Maybe take out Battlewise Hoplite
Phalanx formation is too expensive. That being said, I need something higher in the curve too.

Something in the 1-2 CMC range that protects thaumaturge would be ideal. Then I need some thing in the 4-5 CMC range as a finisher, which can attack through the tapped creatures (so, not flying, prowess would be cool)

To consider:
*Triton Fortune Hunter*  2Blue (3)
Creature β€” Merfolk Soldier (2/2)
