I could add 3 more Hinterland Harbors and put in a few Temporal Masteries, however this decklist is somewhat conservative in price and I may switch in the above cards later if I acquire them.

    Also, you could run Delver of Secrets and replace some of your artifacts and enchantments with more instants/sorceries. Delver boi is efficient and hits hard if you play with lots of sorceries and instants. This also allows you to use Runechanter's Pike to great effect. Delver also goes with your evasion theme since he is pseudo-unblockable with flying.
