    Not a horrible deck, but I don't think you have enough actual token producing, 13 different cards can make tokens, 3 of which are a planes walker's ulty...   So 10 total in a deck of 60...  you might wanna try to better your odds...  So here a few that I was thinkin' about for my populate deck!
     
    Grove of the Guardian(Land, tap for 1 colorless) pops out an 8/8 vigi elemental token for 5 (GW3) and tapping 2 critters... 
     
    Entreat the angels would be fun.
     
    Slime Molding (GX) X/X ooze token.

    What about the rootborn defenses (W2)?  All your critters are indestructible for a turn and populate.
     
    Also at very least you should side board sundering growth(G/W  G/W) if you can't fit it into your deck.  Destroy enchantment/artifact, populate. 
     
    Trostani's judgement (W5) is nice, but VERY expensive, possible sideboard.  Exile creature, populate... 
     
    Oh and Vitu Ghazi's guildmage (GW), not horrible, but 1 more colorless than trostani to populate...  Not a horrible idea either.
