Notes
 
This deck is built around blasting through cards and ramping mana until you get the Primal Surge.  Then, it's lights out.  If you can play it, you win.  Either at the end of your turn (via Jin-Gitaxias) or as your last card enters play (via Soul of the Harvest).  I used to put a "{T}: Draw a card" artifact of some sort in there as well... but history has shown it's just not necessary.  If they can manage to kill me between playing Primal Surge and declaring that I'm going to my end step... well, they deserve the victory.  That's why this deck is in my "Uncivil" section.
