You have a lot of stuff relying on your opponent to have stuff in their graveyard, but you don't have a lot of mill, I think that's kind of a mismatch. I don't think your "one of" cards, aren't good for "one ofs" either, your murder, jace, chant, and snapcaster, I'd think either remove them, or add more of them, but just one of isn't going to be enough of them to rely on. Jace could get dreadbored the second he hits the table. Only one snapcaster is never enough. Victim of the night is good, but I'd suggest Ultimate Price, or additional Murder instead, just more versatile. Victim is so dang situational. Consuming Abbirition is your end game, and he's expensive, might scale him down from 4 to 3, maybe even 2. Him in your opening hand would be a waste IMO.You could pull one and put in another Memory Adept, or really pull 2 and put in 3 memory adepts, he's much more versatile for this deck. I don't think you have enough Zombies to make gravecrawler viable. Get more Mind Grinds and Delusions, again, you want to grow their graveyard. Finally, scale back your mana 2 to 3, you have enough draw mechanic that you'll get your land, and 25 is a little high, last thing you need is to be drawing extra lands with think twice :P
