    Naw to the Loyalist - the first strike might be nice when trading with opponents' creatures but trample won't be relevant given the size of your own.  Besides, you'd have to cut something else and Guide helps your tempo out a ton more.

      The main issue is that the Rip-Clan Crashers are really underwhelming, especially late game. I'm just not sure what to replace them with. The Loyalist at least can sort of be a finisher.

        Would you consider Bloodbraid as a finishing option?  Chandra's Phoenix maybe for a bit of staying power?


        Edit:  Boartusk Liege / Domri Rade maybe?

          The main issue I can see w/BBE is that it's usually bad if you cascade into a Stormblood Berserker or a Brimstone Volley. Also, the mana base is light enough that getting up to 4 mana isn't guaranteed. Phoenix seems interesting. I also sort of like Keldon Marauders in here, especially since it can activate bloodthirst without attacking.

            Okay yeah, I can see why that'd be disappointing.  

            Also I was a good boy and walked over to lab to try and make some progress with this NMR stuff and no one is here to open it :<
