Notes
This is a first draft of an idea. I wanted to take the U/B control deck and build around the idea of using infect to win. With the limit creatures to put out, it seemed that Blightsteel would be the nice bomb for the deck. First draft is just a look at it. I intend to tweak. My goal is to put more infect in the deck (Inkmoth Nexus?) and then some other items to build on proliferate. The problems is making control viable while still trying to be useful.
