The white deck is all about gaining life, but also give you an opportunity to cover vigilance, lifelink, auras, double strike, flying, and defender. Most of the cards in this deck either gain life or provide some sort of payoff for gaining life. The remaining flyers and removal spells offer the deck some reach in the late game since it doesn't have a real way to generate card advantage. New players will also get to experience activated and triggered abilities—namely, the joys of having an obscenely large Ajani's Pridemate.
