Notes

Strategy
- Play 1 land, replace it with a border post. Repeat every turn.

- Suspend a creature or two. Nihiliths and Cloudskates are best, save Detritivores for late game.

- As soon as you have the mana, play a cascade spell into a Restore Balance, wiping all lands and creatures your opponent has. If you can, bounce your own land with a Cloudskate.

- Drop Manabarbs so they hurt as they try to rebuild. You get most your mana from borderposts, so you don't care.

- Eventually some of your creatures will unsuspend and finish them off.

- If the game goes long, Reminisce to shuffle your cascade spells and balances back in.

It was already posted in a thread on MTG Salvation:

Here's a link to the specific post about this deck:

I've been putting together a folder of any cheap Modern decks for me and my buddy to use so we can pick up some cheap decks to try out the format. I wish I could say it was my idea because it's quite an interesting idea.

Managed to see this on the reddit mtg main page. I love the idea! Is this something you brewed yourself, or something that was already established somewhere?
