If you are using the Auto Trade feature, they will be still be marked for trade although cards in your main deck and sideboard will not.

Notes

NOTE: I got a lot of these cards when they originally came out and didn't spend more than about $60 for any card (which was rare usually under $40). Some have just really jumped up in price! There is no way I would spend over $300 (Tops!) for a casual EDH deck!

INTRO TO THE DECK:
"She's tilting pretty sharply bitchward!"-Gallivant Jester

The above quote is how I feel every time I upgrade this deck. Gisa started as a precon with another commander back in 2014. She has been upgraded and tweaked so much that it's not similar at all to the original deck. I love this deck since it's my first commander ever, it runs some of my favorite cards, and it's in my favorite color. It's one of my favorite decks in my rather small collection. :)

ABOUT THE DECK:
The main commander is Ghoulcaller Gisa. She also has two other legendary versions in the scratchpad that can be commander instead, however they are not as optimized to pilot the deck.

I don't consider this deck CEDH at all! I'm sure a CEDH deck would stomp her. She's mono colored, not a drop of blue, and kind of predictable. She may be around power level 8? I would rather over estimate her level than under estimate it and piss people off. Mana Crypt was not added because this isn't a CEDH deck and it would be wasted on her.

I used to not do semi/infinite combos; however, I found out I had more synergy and infinite combos than I originally realized! Unfortunately, it's impossible to have this deck be free of those sorts of combos without removing a lot more cards than I would like.

So instead of worrying about infinite combos I can remove the 7 Tutors, plus Ad Nauseum, and Necropotance from the main deck; and replace them with the 9 cards from the sideboard.

I feel that doing so brings her down to a more casual 7 and could be more fun and varied to play against. Not being about to tutor leads to less repetitive game play.

HOW TO PLAY:
Basically, you want to make as many zombies with Gisa but not keep them around too long. Attack and then sac them for draw, mana, life, or to trigger abilities. It's a pretty forward deck so I won't get into do much detail.

With cards that give you mana for sacrifices, having a lot of creatures is great. Pump that mana into X spells like Exsanguinate or creatures like shades. Sac them all to trigger aristocrat cards and bleed your opponents or make treasure tokens with pitiless plunder. There are also combos to sac infinite numbers of times. Now you are dealing damage and getting mana. Use it to cast a bunch of stuff. Luckily this deck has a ton of draw.

I try not to get greedy with a huge army. I don't want an army that is big enough to kill me if stolen or they each get to hit me. Plus if there is a board wipe I don't want to lose much. I would rather have them destroyed by my hands to bleed my opponents dry.

CUT CARDS:
Gisa use to run both Grave Pact and Dictate of Erubos but I noticed I never tutored for those cards or got a chance to play them much. Plus when I did get them they were usually taken care of right away. So they were cut. However, I'm thinking of giving Grave Pact another chance. If I drop down to 37 lands then I'll throw Grave Pact back in.

Filth was removed because I just never need it. I either bleed my opponent or overrun them. They never seem to have enough to block the army anyways.

I did remove the Mikaeus+Putrid Goblin combo, and the Mikaeus+Trisk/Balistica combo. Without Mikaeus I can keep my mana cost down, and I removed his combo pieces since they didn't synergize as well as I would like with the other cards.

I had Phyrexian Obliterator in the deck as a blocker, as well as some flying zombies but with how much life I get I'm okay without having much defense. I just got to kill my opponent faster.

Eldrazi Monument was in the deck to make my Zombies scarier, harder to kill and give them flying but I found I never tutor for it.

I don't use Gary. I just never really had him go off and I never tutored for him when I had better options.

Tergrid, God of Fright was good in it but I cut most the cards 4 mana and up to make the deck faster. Plus after I removed Grave Pact and similar she just was not as good.

I had a few mass removal spells but with the way it's set up now, I have not had any issues.
