This deck runs off the Blistercoil Weird and Paradise Mantle. They (hopefully) will be out on turn one, and paired by turn two. At this point, you will have one never-tapped mana, one tapped island, and one untapped island. This will then trigger you to burn through your library for grapeshots, and to get at least 9 cards on the stack (if it plays right). This will allow you grapeshot to hit for 10, and the blistercoil to attack for 11. I usually go through until I have at least 20, to make sure I have a hitting power of at least 41 but turn two.
