Illegal Deck, inspired by decks with 4 Necropotence and 4 Demonic Consultation from back in 1995.  Incomplete at the moment.  Maybe more acceleration?  Jitte?

Might lose Oona's Blackguard.  It just doesn't work out a lot of the time.
