The deck thrives off of aggression. Play your elemental's, hit em hard and fast, then their tools for whatever you want: Fling them for more damage, Infernal plunge for mana, or reanimate/unearth them for the exact same effects to be reused only even cheaper.
Certain cards are there to max damage output, like assault strobe. Breaking Point/Pyroclasm help keep other creatures off the field, and you have nothing to worry about because you only have creatures on the field when you want them.
Example game:
T1: Mountain, spark elemental
T2: Swamp, desperate ritual, ball lightning
T3: Swamp, unearth ball lightning, then fling/rite of consumption him.
21 damage turn three, no spells. Your opponent was just burned.
**SIDEBOARD**
For multiplayer games you could also play oversold cemetery
Skull crack against life gain
Smash to smithereens against artifact
Quest for zendikar you use during multi-player to keep a more solid elemental output.
