Notes
 
Use Ghost Quarter on your own lands in response to Sowing Salt targeting one of them.
Blow up O-Stone with a Wurmcoil on the field to get the 2 smaller Wurms.
Karn's +4 works even if the opponent has no cards in hand.  They must be targetable is all.
You can Karn +4 yourself to remove a big permanent from your own hand, then restart the game the next turn to bring it into play.
