Build up a sizable artifact creature presence, then use Tempered Steel or similar artifacts to finish the game

Optimal opening hands include ones with at least one anthem effect (Tempered Steel, Steel Overseer, or Cranial Plating).  Mulligan if this is not the case

As I can build true Affinity, I'm keeping this decklist for archiving purposes
