this looks pretty solid so far, I don't think this is an elspeth deck to be honest. Needs more Hero of Iroas and the mana base is kinda odd. If you are dead set on playing RW for cordinated assault you could just play sacreds + temples. You'll never need the Red t1 anyways. I think the deck might be better as U/W, you could play daxmos and suit him up or cards like retraction helix to trigger heroic. Even the u/w hopilite would be okay, I also feel like you should have 4 Phalanx leaders.
