Modern Legal, but really just for casual play. It might be a bit too fast and mean for casual though, so I may tone down the aggression. Replace lighting bolt with lightning strike, go with a slower bounce spell than vapor snag (Voyage's End?), maybe throw in swan song since I like that card and this deck doesn't really care about the opponent having more creatures (unblockable is nice), replace assault strobe with crimson wisps so double strike doesn't suck the fun out of games (but I still cantrip, and it helps for later turns, getting a sneak attack in).
