Notes

What you want to do when playing this deck is to get your P.A. outs asap! You need to get some spells out 1st so use preordain to find the cards you need and lightning bolts to zap creatures or the player if they dont have any out. While killing off their creature get a blighted agent on to the field then get just 1 infect counter on your opponent. Once you get 1 counter on your P.A. use a proliferate spell to get it to 2 counters asap along with a 2nd poison counter.  All you need to do is hold out till you find your P.A., then the real fun begins. Once you start copying spells you are set to win.  You can blow their creatures up with 3 lightning bolts while you proliferate the hell out of their poison counters.  Used up your spells early on and wish you had more? Not a problem with Call to Mind, pull the cards you need from your graveyard with it to help you in any situation.  Also a good idea to pull another Call to Mind from the graveyard with one of the copies.  Going up a horde deck? Swap in Vapor Snag to return several creatures at a time to their hand.  Artifact deck? Shatter multiple artifacts at a time.  Fun deck to play and much faster then anticipated.

Maybe consider Burn the Impure for the sideboard?  Good anti-infect and not bad for regular creature destruction, either.

Loathe as I am to actually improve this deck (what with my indecision about whether it is a masterpiece or an abomination), having playtested the living crap out of it trying to find something that can consistently beat it without resorting to cheap tricks or uber-expensive cards, I have come to the conclusion that you may want to consider dropping your land count.  I wouldn't take much out - one or two at the most - but you could take out more if you replace them with more draw or scry power to compensate - perhaps Steady Progress or Ponder.  Again, just a suggestion.

I'm just glad the Ascension rotates out in a couple months.  Until then, I'll just have to invest in some Surgical Extractions.
