Notes
Not enough creatures and doesn't often get a chance to start churning cards. Awful one-on-one, but it makes any bigger games absurd as long as it's not killed quickly.
Also definitely want Reliquary Tower rather than Spellbook.
Dimir Aqueduct seems to slow it down a lot, I can solve two problems with one card.
I'd prefer Jace, Memory Adept over Jace Beleren. I'm not milling, just making everybody draw.
Unfortunately, apparently both Jace, Memory Adept and Reliquary Tower are fairly hard to find and expensive.
Added a sideboard. Hopefully, keeping more options open will help me out.

spellbook+dimir aqueduct < reliquary tower
