This is my current version of UWR Control that I've been working on.  Went back up to 25 lands a few months ago and forgot about it, still almost no mana troubles.  +3 Serum Visions, -2 Lightning Bolt & -1 Mana Leak to accommodate.  Not bad so far, did lose a rough match to Andy because I wasn't expecting Geist, and he had a counter for all my counters but one, which turned out to be Remand.  Should have played the stack a little smarter on that one, my fault I lost it.  I definitely have a winning record with this deck, and I am most comfortable with it by a long shot.  I don't think the Kiki-Resto package is good, personally, but I can see why you would want it.  In a meta filled with Tron and Rock, it would probably be fantastic.  Bangor is pretty high on Tron at the moment, which is why I will probably bring back a Sowing Salts or two to my sideboard.
