Here is my sideboarding plan (keep in mind this is not set in stone).

Vs.

Affinity: -3 Mutagenic Growth, -2 Dismember | +4 Nature's Claim, +1 Creeping Corrosion.

Jund/The Rock: -4 Mutagenic Growth | +2 Dismember, +2 Spellskite.

Burn: -4 Mutagenic Growth | +2 Spellskite, +2 Nature's Claim (for Eidolon of the Great Revel and Blood Moon)

Hatebear/Death and Taxes: -2 Mutagenic Growth, -2 Sylvan Scrying | +2 Dismember, +2 Nature's Claim.

Merfolk: -4 Mutagenic Growth | +2 Dismember, +2 Nature's Claim.

Zoo/Gruul: -2 Dismember | +2 Spellskite.

Aura Hexproof: -4 Mutagenic Growth, -2 Dismember | +4 Nature's Claim, +2 Spellskite.

RG Tron: -2 Dismember, -2 Mutagenic Growth | +4 Nature's Claim.

Mono U Tron: -2 Dismember, -4 Mutagenic Growth | +4 Nature's Claim, +2 Guttural Response.

UWR Control: -2 Dismember, -2 Groundswell | +2 Guttural Response, +2 Spellskite.

Twin: -4 Mutagenic Growth | +2 Dismember, +2 Nature's Claim.

Melira Pod/Kiki Pod: -4 Mutagenic Growth, -2 Groundswell | +4 Nature's Claim, +2 Dismember.

Scapeshift UGR: -2 Apostle's Blessing, -2 Mutagenic Growth, -2 Dismember | + 2 Guttural Response, +2 Spellskite, +2 Nature's Claim.

Scapeshift GR: -2 Apostle's Blessing, -2 Dismember | +2 Spellskite, +2 Nature's Claim.

Storm: -2 Dismember, -4 Apostle's Blessing | +4 Tormod's Crypt, +2 Nature's Claim.

Living End/Reanimator: -2 Dismember, -2 Mutagenic Growth | +4 Tormod's Crypt.

Gifts Ungiven: -2 Mutagenic Growth, -2 Dismember | +2 Guttural Response, +2 Tormod's Crypt.

An opposing Spellskite is always a concern, so sometimes when boarding you need more Dismember or Nature's Claim to deal with it.
