So this is how you play it.

Steal your opponent's creatures via Harness by Force, Mark of Mutiny or Traitorous Blood and then keep them permanently using Bazaar Trader.

Goblin Matron is there to go get a Bazaar Trader if you don't have any or you can also get Goblin Electromancer.
Use him to make your steal spells cost less!

Worst case scenario, if you don't have the Trader OR Matron, you can always sacrifice the creatures you steal after attacking with them via Culling Dais.

Fog Bank helps stall the game and Ponder is there to get the cards you need faster.

Lastly, you got Dominus to keep stealing creatures every upkeep

- Goblin sharpshooter for Goblin bombardment
- Find a Goblin to change with Dominus of Fealty (Possibly Goblin Sharpshooter)
