    To be legal in all constructed formats, you need to add 40 islands to the main, so it is legal in EDH.  Also, they all have to be foil and full art.

      The other 24 lisands are implied and maybe like sharuum for the commander to make sure there is no possibility of straying from the plan. I was goin to make them like guru lands but I couldn't  figure out how to change set.

            Or, Thassa so you can scry Islands to the bottom or keep Islands on top.
