I like the mana base, and I like the planeswalkers. Probably take out Journey to Nowhere, because it's the only thing not standard. I would also take out Timely reinforcements because even though it looks good, most of the time you will probably have more creatures than your opponent. I like shrine of loyal legions, but i might play White Sun's zenith also or in it's place. Sword might be good, not sure. I think you definitely need to add Overrun though. I would take out day of judgment, because you have elspeth. I might also play only 2 parallel lives, since they don't stack.
