Notes

First Conversion Attempt

Replaced Perilous Vault with Crux of Fate main and sideboard. Provides less safety against plainswalkers and enchantments for great speed and power against other matchups. Fliers should be good against the plainswalkers and enchantment matchups anyway.

Moved 1 nullify to the sideboard and removed the other along with voyage's end for 3 foul-tongue invocation, which should be insane against aggro and control since the life gain slows aggro while the sacrifice is likely to hit control's only creature.

Removed Encase in Ice from main and side for total of 4 copies of orator of ojutai (2 main deck, 2 sideboard). Should provide similar protection, but not color dependent, and replaces a card, giving it better recovery against control. Nonetheless, the maindeck ones clearly come out against control and the two sideboard ones come in against aggro.

Master of Waves was removed since it doesn't seem good when permanents are coming in so late. Omenspeaker was removed since I think my aggro options are better. This made room for the extra invocation, the extra orator, and 4 copies of thoughtseize.

Record of non-manabase changes:
Mainboard:
-1 Nullify (actually moved to sb)
-1 Voyage's End
-2 Perilous Vault
-2 Encase in Ice
+2 Crux of Fate
+2 Foul-Tongue Invocation
+2 Orator of Ojutai
Sideboard:
-4 Master of Waves
-4 Omenspeaker
-1 Perilous Vault
-1 Encase in Ice
+2 Foul-Tongue Invocation
+1 Crux of Fate
+2 Orator of Ojutai
+4 Thoughtseize
+1 Nullify (from sideboard)

Manabase changes:
Total of 14 blue symbols removed. Total of 14 black symbols and 4 white symbols added.
+1 Flooded Strand
+1 Plains (there were currently none for the flooded strand)
+2 Swamp (there were currently none for the polluted deltas)
-2 Island
-1 Temple of Mystery
-1 Temple of Epiphany
This means a stronger reliance on haven/crucible for casting non-esper dragons, but with 8 copies, and not necessarily needing them until after some esper dragons, this should be fine.

Against aggro:
+2 Orator of Ojutai
+2 Foul-Tongue Invocation
+1 Nullify
+1 Crux of Fate
-1 Dig Through Time
-1 Dragonlord's Prerogative
-4 Dissolve

Against Control:
+1 Dragonlord's Prerogative
+2 Negate
+4 Thoughtseize
-2 Orator of Ojutai
-1 Nullify
-2 Crux of Fate
-2 Foul-Tongue Invocation

Against Midrange:
+1 Disdainful Stroke
+1 Nullify
+4 Thoughtseize
-2 Orator of Ojutai
-2 Foul-Tongue Invocation
-1 Dig Through Time
-1 Dragonlord's Prerogative
