I tend to use the TCG Player mid price to determine the value of trades. TCG Player isn't infallible, but I find that Deckbox's valuation of cards is often really wrong.

I prefer to avoid foils and/or non-English versions of cards.

I play EDH exclusively, so I am always looking for fun/interesting EDH cards and commanders.

Don't hesitate to make trade-up offers on some of my more valuable singles. I know a lot of traders generally frown upon trading down, but I trade to get the cards that I need for decks, not for the sake of collectibles. That being said, there's a decent chance if you're offering a bunch of tiny cards for one big one of mine that I'll request a bit of bump in value on your end to compensate for the trade down.
