I build decks for fun and I play in a casual setting only. Not a fan of tournaments only because to many who play in them, it's not for fun. There are a lot of turn one and two kills (via, milling and infinite damage combos), and thus no fun or originality. My decks are unique and creations of my own. With that said, I am all for playing and trading with people who have a similar ideal of MtG.
