I will send to anywhere is the US, Canada if trade is in my favor somewhat. I will send the same way that you are (meaning if its in a bubble mailer and tracking I will send that way or if it is sent with just the card with a stamp on it that is how I will send it also), although I obviously prefer PWE at least until we get up past $15-$20 on value of the trade.
