One of us initiates the trade.
I will look at your trade list and put down anything I'd like from you REGARDLESS of the value.
I'll then like you to add to what you want from me and/or take away what I want from you.
I think this streamlines the trade and makes sure neither one of us doesn't get something that we may have wanted!
