My name is David. I'm new to Deckbox but not to the world of online trading. While I understand I will be going first on this site, I have 50+ refs on MTGS and 30 some refs on MOTL if that helps ease your mind about my trustworthiness in general. I've traded 1000s of dollars worth of cards (Tabernacle, Bazaar, etc.).

Here are my rules:

1. No Ripping. I am not afraid to file mail fraud and I most certainly will, whether for $5 or $50.
2. I only ship to the US for smaller deals (i.e., less than $100). If it's big, we can talk.
3. Shipping order is up to the person with more refs.
4. I ship with a bubble mailer and a toploader with DC confirmation, unless the trade is less than $15.
5. I use mid price on TCGPlayer (magiccards.info is a great shortcut for non-foils) for price checks. Includes foils. If TCG is being wonky or there's a scarcity, we can use eBay/SCG but this affects all cards not just the one in question.
6. I reserve the right to cancel trade negotiations at any time before addresses are exchanged. I'm sorry, but traders at my LGS take priority due to shipping costs.
7. Unless noted my cards are in what I consider to be NM condition. Our grading may differ so if condition matters, please ASK. Non-foil wise, I will trade for anything in decent condition- as long as I can tell what it is, I'll trade for it (no water damage). However, I do apply less value to less than NM cards.

9. Paypal Gift can be accepted as a balancer. I can also sell you my cards for generally the low price on TCGPlayer + $1.75 shipping.
10. Please at least reply with a "no" if you don't like an offer I send you or if you decide to back out of a trade. A bit of courtesy goes a long way..

P.S. I value signatures at SP (not a huge fan since it's hard to trade them) and I value foreign language foils like so (top is highest):

I apply 0 extra value (positive or negative) to non-foil foreign cards -little hesitant about Chinese though- , although I'm happy to trade for them. Always nice to have variety!
