I am a college student in the Boston area and prefer to exchange in person. However if the trade is over 30$ I don't mind shipping it to anywhere in the US. Outside the US would be reserved for only very large trades. I am looking to get into legacy so I am looking for staples. I also accept shocks and fetches for anything on my trade list outside of the super high end cards like force of will. Those are reserved for other duals especially tundra.
