Sorry about that Milligan has been around almost as long as the Universe and he’s a little flaky too. There was this one time I caught him wandering around, looking down at the floor.

So I had asked him, if he had lost something?
Milligan replied, “No not that I know of”. “Why, what did you find of mine?” He asked.
Looking a little puzzled I answered, “Nothing.”
“Oh so you’re not going to tell me what it is ayah?” he said in disgust.
“Then go on, keep it! I guess if I can’t remember what I’ve lost then you have the right to keep it any ways.” Milligan said turning around and walking away from me.
I just stood there bewildered, not knowing what to say.

So if you run into him be careful what you say because you never know what  might come out of his mouth.
