I am a resident mage, who also engages in other nefarious activities from time to time, and whose specialty is White, particularly in the form of Soldiers. Though I do also like the burn, and a good control deck.
Trading Conditions:
1) I do not trade on dollar value, as I find the idea of people being that way about cards that are printed by the hundreds for less than 15 cents foolish.
I prefer a system of "This would be awesome for me, and I have this awesome thing for you."; As I have already stated, finagling over the dollar value of what is ultimately useless paper pisses me off. Especially when people try to say I need to give still more after my two foil promo Silverblade Paladins and then go on jerking me around which leads me to...
2) Do not back down out of an agreement once it has been made without a very good reason. If you want to play that card for a little bit before giving it to me... fine (assuming a little bit isn't eight months). You found a use for it after all, and are much more reluctant to trade it, somewhat fine depending on the circumstances. If you're trying to court a "higher value deal" after you have made an agreement with me, not fine. In fact I tend to refuse any trading opportunities with anyone that jerks me around in that fashion.
3) Finally, I want to see that you have a card specified in your possession before you agree to a deal with me. I have been lied to in the past and I am no longer accepting promises of "If I get this you can have it"
