I used to trade on pucatrade, nowadays I use deckbox every once in a while. I don't mind sending first as long as you have good feedback. I am happy to trade locally in Austin or Houston, I spend about half my time in each.
I am always willing to trade for foil non-full art basics.
I am always fine with trading for LP or MP cards at some sort of discount. I really only care about condition for the foil cards and unhinged lands I still need. Furthermore, If I have something you want, I am always happy to look at your trades and pick some stuff out, even if you don't necessarily have things on my wish list.
