I always evaluate cards before sending to make sure everything is accurate. If needed I can send pictures of cards to verify.  I will send in a PWE with toploader if the value of the trade is less than $25. Otherwise, I will send in a bubble mailer. I may also send in a bubble mailer depending on the number of cards.

I play EDH and pauper and I would like to pickup staples for both formats that I may not already have, even if it's not necessarily on my wishlist.

I'm only interested in English cards and generally prefer non-foils. I believe that the market dictates value and I wont be giving more or less in value for uptrades/downtrades.  This goes for both sides of the trade.
