Looking to trade primarily Legacy and Modern cards.  I will send in a secure top-loader for anything under $20.  Anything above that will be sent in a bubble mailer with a tracking number.  I am new to trading on this site, and do not have a problem sending first if you have positive feedback.  I can also trade in person if you are in the Pittsburgh area.
