I generally don't want promos or foils that cost more than the normal version.
Most €3+ cards are graded, but most of the cheaper one's aren't. I will say if a card is not NM.
Some cards on my wishlist are very low priority and I might not want to trade away specific cards on my tradelist for them. The cards for Taking Turns in particular are not very high priority.

I try to err on the side of caution, so the conditions of my cards might be slightly better than advertised.
