I generally prefer to trade for at least $10 worth of cards at a time to justify shipping.
I will ship trades that are $20 or less in a penny sleeve and top loader inside an envelop; for trades of $20 or more, I will use a bubble mailer and add tracking.
Most of my cards are NM, but I will be sure to check the condition of my cards before trading.
