Over $50 I always ship with tracking, and otherwise I'll ship with tracking if you do as well. If you live outside the US please be prepared to discuss postal costs, if it's lopsided (costs one of us way more to ship than the other) we should adjust accordingly.

The Russian Foil Jhoira in my wishlist is very weird and rare. I'll offer $100, but if you happen to have one let me know what you'd want for it. There's one that lives on Ebay with a ridiculous price tag of $300... plus shipping!

I do value foreign cards a little differently. This is because of the number of foreign cards in my collection and my general preferences for certain languages. If we're both trading an assortment then it'll generally even itself out, but otherwise I use this general scale (not factoring in set, format staple, etc):

Russian: a fair bit more (+20%~ or more)
Japanese and Korean: a bit more (+%10~)
French and German: same as English
Everything else: a bit less (-10%~)
