I'm open to most trades, so it never hurts to make an offer.  The worst that can happen is we can't reach an agreement. For the most part, I try to keep my tradelist/wishlist up to date, but I do make trades in person on a weekly basis.  I'm sorry if the trade that you wanted to make can't happen because I've already gotten rid of the cards. 

There are foils on my tradelist, and I usually value these at SCG prices.  I'm often willing to negotiate on this, so feel free to make another offer.

Shocks in my wishlist are not a priority.  I will occasionally make a trade for just shocks, but I will use them for filler in most cases.
