Think about what you’re trying to do here. The radiant lightning is not this decks jam unless you know you’re against x/1s.

It looks like I initially tried to force some red into this deck before eventually taking it out and focusing on blue and it became quite strong. And lots of fun. I was all over the place during the draft I think but the lesson here is, even if your 20th-23rd on color cards are weak, they’re probably still much better than trying to grab power from another color. A vanilla blue creature in a blue deck is better than a good red card. (Though not a great one) Wizard's lightning is very good if supported, so is Radha, but what do they have to do with flying?  That's eventually what made this great. Also, card draw is very valuable. Tatyova doesn't read like much, but it will eventually crush. Divination is better than you think.

I'm not sure I ever cast Teshar but it was probably worth splashing for as it was quite good and went with the flying theme.

Turtles with kitty wings were as unstoppable as was hoped!
