There should be a dead draw or two. Things that do basically nothing, or hand out tokens, or something.

Soldevi Digger triggering everyone's upkeep is funny, maybe.

So here's the plan: a Chaos deck. Start of game, first player flips the top card during their first untap step. That card is in the mix.

Ghazban Ogre will start in the middle, and will be checked each upkeep to see if another player has a higher life total. Once it does, it is given to that player, and if it dies it returns to play under the next player to play their commander. (or to the middle idk)

Descent Into Avernus is played as if owned by a fifth player, but triggers on the first player's upkeep. It can be removed as normal.

Howling Mine is owned by a fifth player and can be removed as normal.

The Monarch is granted to the first player who deals combat damage to another player.
