    Phaz, in EDH jank center:

    Oh easy, there are a bazillion cards that create tokens in the upkeep. These provide fodder to crew your vehicles as well as later value. The vehicles make sure you can effectively use thr ninth doctor without risking him in combat. You can make a jeskai deck which is the 2nd best colour combination for vehicles after azorius. He pairs nicely with [[!Sarah Jane smith]] he has one of the lowest cmc's. Also it's an excuse to break the tardis
