    I added Mesa Enchantress to mine, since it allows you to draw a card. and isn't too bad for a white 3 drop.
    Here is the link to my Casual Angel deck, also green white, I was having Mana issues till I added the Green in there.

    If this isn't standard... Quicksilver Amulet might help with your bigger creatures... I've not tried to build a non-EDH angel deck but surely it might help... Luminarch Assention is another fun angel card.
