I have tweaked this to what I believe is the best possible version of Zombie Hunt.
Always draw first for Gemstone Caverns
Sideboard as follows:
13 swamps <-> 13 Mountains
2 zombie infestations <-> 2 seismic assaults


Sequencing is important! Never keep an opening hand unless you have Treasure Hunt in it. NEVER play a land on your turn before you cast Treasure Hunt, as you will need to draw Reliquary Tower and play to keep all the card's you draw in your hand. So basically you're aiming for turn 3 or 4 zombie storm.

Watch out for Pyroclasm effects and counter spells. Side in an extra Zombie Infestation to deal with those.
