What is the best way to Ship 1000's of cards at a time? I've been pondering this for quite some time and I just cant seem to do it in a cost effective manner,Responses are welcomed!

I think your best bet is to use some card boxes (ie. 400-, 660- or 800-count boxes) (which usually cost <$1) and stick them in a flat rate box from your favorite mailing system (USPS should work) don't forget tracking, and you probably want insurance.
